
While we were out working on the Christmas light display today, we had an opportunity to meet our friendly neighbor, Tyra! Howdy neighbor! 🙂
The 180 degree string light tree went up today. It has 15 strands of white lights that can all be animated individually using the light-o-rama controller that sits behind the strands. (We had to build a stand for the controller to keep it off the ground.)

Each strand of light is attached to a hook that was secured on the side of the house and the other end is zip tied to a stake in the ground. The 15 stakes form a half moon/crescent shape in the ground which makes the tree appear convex/curved.


The tree is topped with a big ball of white lights on its own control, too.
